Garden in a Glade is a large country garden for a cosy, family home set within a woodland framework in rural Kent.
The design exploits the subtle undulations of the land and the planting is simple, restrained and understated to reflect the Belgium and Japanese tastes of the client, with clipped box and pleached trees forming the structure and azaleas, roses and acers providing subtle colour to mark the changing seasons.
